Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Inspection Period

Under Mist Fragrance policy, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, untampered condition with all Pakistan-import seals and cellophane intact.

2. Sale & Discounted Items

Important Notice: All items purchased during a Sale, Clearance, or using a promotional Discount Code are considered Final Sale.

In accordance with standard trade practices in Pakistan, discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the product is proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Fragrances that have been opened or sprayed (even once).
  • Testers, samples, or discovery vials.
  • Items without the original box or invoice.

4. Shipping Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our Peshawar warehouse. We recommend using a trackable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopards, or M&P) as we are not liable for items lost during return transit.

5. Refund Timelines

Once your return is inspected at our hub, refunds are processed within 10-14 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or Bank Transfer (for COD orders).
