2. Authenticity & Brand Representation
Mist Fragrance operates as an independent multi-brand retailer. All brand names, logos, trademarks, and fragrance titles remain the sole intellectual property of their respective original design houses and manufacturers. We guarantee that the items we sell are sourced responsibly for distribution in Pakistan.
3. Accuracy of Pricing & Products
While we strive for absolute accuracy, typographical or system errors may occasionally cause prices or product details to be listed incorrectly. In such rare instances, Mist Fragrance reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for items listed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation.
4. Order Refusals & COD Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with No Limit across Pakistan. However, placing a fake order or refusing genuine deliveries upon arrival without a valid reason wastes courier resources and harms e-commerce infrastructure. We reserve the right to restrict COD access for customers with a high delivery refusal history.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer and commercial laws of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar.
