  • Past 7 Days: Any claims made after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be entertained or processed under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Broken Items (Mandatory Unboxing Proof)

Perfumes are housed in fragile glass bottles. If your item leaks, cracks, or shatters during transit via PostEx:
